Office Furniture Fit-Out
We met the interior designer Jennifer Hamilton of The Vawdrey House at Design Junction in 2013. She took great interest in our work and specified a number of our products, some of them customized to fit this project, along with commissioning several bespoke furniture items as part of the SAS & MSL group’s office furniture fit-out in London.
This collaboration with The Vawdrey House was a great pleasure for us. They specified a handful of our triangle lamps, we made five customised screen shelving units to size with one low shelving unit incorporating a seat pad. These worked perfectly to create partitions within the office.
We supplied three bespoke large linoleum faced plywood tables with solid ash legs on castor wheels for the meeting areas, and four custom made small sideboards together with two large low sideboards with slatted fronts - to have a look at our full product range browse our product site .
In addition to the range of products we supplied a 4.5 m long ash reception desk with birch faced plywood storage cupboards behind. Concept sketches from the interior designers were developed to a detailed design and manufactured in our Devon workshop to be fitted in the new office space.
We enjoyed the collaboration with The Vawdrey House on this project, our furniture complimented the Scandinavian and Industrial theme that ran throughout this contemporary office fit-out.

Why they contacted us
We were recommended by interior designers The Vawdrey House, who met us at the Design Junction exhibition. Our designs fitted ideally to the Scandinavian and industrial scheme proposed for this office furniture fit-out.
What they say
Jonathan has a great eye, understands what we are trying to achieve and completes this with an excellent technical knowledge and creative flair. Never phased by trying something for the first time he happily researches new materials and gets as excited as we do about the possibilities of new things. We usually hand over the last details for him to deal directly with the client as he has an excellent client manner aswell.
On the practical side delivery and installation is always seamless and very carefully done with respect to surrounding finishes. Any snags (often more last minute changes than problems!) are dealt with swiftly and painlessly.
We hope to be working with them for years to come.
