The list below outlines the services we offer. These can be offered individually or as a complete package, tailored to your requirements.

Free one hour initial consultation
Basic measured survey of the property (for complex sites or buildings we may recommend employing a surveyor)
An accurate sketch design with perspective drawings of the desired interior. A sketch model can also be produced if required
Recommendation of specific consultants (e.g. structural engineers) should their input be required. We will liaise with them to finalise the design
Plans, elevations and sections of the final proposal, including interior and/or exterior perspectives. A scale model can be produced to help visualise the scheme
Submission of Planning Applications or Certificate of Lawful Development Applications and communication with the Planning Authority
Detailed drawings for a Building Regulation Application and liaison with the structural engineer regarding drawings and calculations required for a Building Regulation Approval
Detailed construction drawings, including a schedule of works and specifications
Building contract administration and site meetings – we can administer the building contract for you and visit the site regularly to ensure the works are carried out in accordance with the design and to the desired level of quality

Our unique background in architecture and furniture making means we can look at space in a different way. We will develop a creative concept which includes spatial arrangement, light, materials and finishes to provide an ambience and finish which best reflects your business.

In addition to customising products from our furniture range to reflect individuals' needs, we undertake a diverse range of furniture commissions.

This could include one off single items, such as a sideboard or a bookcase, to the fitting out of rooms, homes or commercial properties, or the design, manufacture and installation of a bespoke staircase.

Our designs are simple, inventive and timeless. We use sustainably sourced materials where possible and combine traditional craftsmanship with advanced technology for precision, speed and cost effectiveness.
